BUTTER COOKIES


Ingredients: 210 g.

 
flour 140 g. 
butter 80 g. 
sugar 3 tablespoons milk 1 egg

  a pinch of salt




PREPARATION:

1. Place all ingredients except the egg in the Thermomix in the order they are written and set 20 seconds Speed \u200b\u200b6. Remove and reserve covered.
2. Sprinkle dough lightly with flour. Roll the dough thin ½ inch thick (you can do better with two plastic sheets)
3. Cut the cookies directly on parchment paper with molds chosen (it is recommended that target the molds in flour before cutting the cookies).
4. Brush cookies with egg yolk.
5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake until golden
