This is one of those dishes that I was curious to try. In many recipes using chocolate as an ingredient in a sauce but I've never seen accompanying sauce and was not sure if the guests, especially my son, considering that the poor only have 6 years depending combinations and a mother a little reckless for these things, I would throw it over your head. Ingredients:
- 1 / 2 cup beef or chicken broth.
- 115 gr chocolate black.
- 2 tablespoons butter .
- 200 gr. sliced \u200b\u200bmushrooms.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 300 gr. steamed rice or boiled
- 1 large pork tenderloin

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 230 º.
Put pork tenderloin in a baking dish. Sprinkle with half the thyme, salt and pepper. Press on the spices to stick together. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove tenderloin from oven and let stand 2 minutes, cut into thin slices with a sharp knife.
In a saucepan boil broth, when boiling put the chocolate and cook until sauce thickens. Remove from heat, add butter, mix well and set aside.
sauté mushrooms over high heat with oil, salt, garlic and remaining thyme. Go stirring while skipping. When the mushrooms are tender add the cooked rice, stir and continue to sauté about 3 minutes without stirring.
Put some rice in center of pan, place on top loin steaks and serve with the sauce.
