mince prawns

start the heats and the meals and dinners with friends and family. This recipe is very resultón for it and is prepared at a time and you can leave half made up the final baking. Any remaining, which can only happen if you are just eating it can be frozen. In this case the drawback is that the mass is not so crisp but the flavor, I assure you is the same as if it were fresh.

Ingredients: 50
  • gr. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200 gr. feta cheese chopped
  • 200 gr. of grated cheeses
  • 12 sheets of filo pastry
  • 100
  • gr.
  • melted butter 200 gr .
  • milk 200 gr . double cream 4 eggs
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 º.

Grease a baking tray with butter or oil. Place a sheet of paper towel and re-spread with butter or oil. Overlay four sheets of filo pastry smeared all together . Distribute half the cheese over the pasta. Place four leaves on cheese, as before, brush each with butter or oil. Putting up the rest of the cheese mixture on it and the blades also after 4 strokes.

With a sharp knife that cuts the dough into squares.

Beat eggs, add milk, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix. Pour the mixture over the pastry, being careful to enter by the cuts. Keep it in the oven until golden.

Remove tray from oven and tuning. Cut in squares marked.

Thanks Elisenda this great recipe.

Carpe Diem!
